Get Involved
You can help Covert Run residents fight for a safe and healthy street without spending a penny. Here’s what you can do:
1. Voice your support by leaving comments on this site. We’re moving toward a better Bellevue, and we need all the help we can get. Also, be sure to subscribe to our blog for regular updates.
2. Contact your local government. Let elected and paid officials know that ineffective leadership will no longer be tolerated in Bellevue. After all, what’s happening to us could easily happen to you. Call Bellevue’s city offices at (859) 431-8866 or drop an email to these key representatives:
- Mayor John “Jack” Meyer – jack.meyer@bellevueky.org
- City Administrator Keith Spoelker – keith.spoelker@bellevueky.org
- Asst. City Administrator Jody Robinson – jody.robinson@bellevueky.org
3. Attend the Bellevue City Council meetings. Meetings take place the second Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the Callahan Center at 616 Poplar Street. Also, special meetings are frequently organized to deal exclusively with the Covert Run Pike flooding issue. Information will be posted on this site; check back regularly for details.
4. Spread the word! Your support is tremendously valuable to us, and we appreciate even the smallest gesture of encouragement for our cause.
